Our aim is to optimally serve and consult the pharmaceutical industry in aspects of health economics & outcomes, pricing & reimbursement strategies, and post marketing studies at the highest level of professionalism and quality, delivering valuable results.

About Us

• Dr. Charles Piwko holds a Pharmacy degree, a PhD in Pharmacology, and an MSc in Health Administration. Charles’ Masters work was performed at the University of Toronto and the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto from 2002-2005, at the Motherisk program. Between 2005 and 2007 he was Director of Operations at a Canadian based Consulting Company, responsible for managing teams and health economic related research projects. Prior to that he was the Manager of “Pharmacy 12” in Zurich from 1996 to 2001. He also held a position in the Department of Preclinical CNS-Pharmacology at Sandoz (Novartis) Pharma AG in Basel, Switzerland in association with the Federal Institute of Technology, Zurich. Through his career and studies, he has gained the ability to translate critical interpretations of scientific information into successful commercial applications. His strategic thinking and contingency planning allow him to always perform at the highest level to achieve results for his clients.

• Colin Vicente holds a MSc in Health Economics from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Pharmacy. Colin has spent the last decade designing and implementing health economic studies, executing on price optimization plans and delivering results through successful reimbursement strategies. Colin brings a unique approach to PIVINA via his experience and rapid progression in the pharmaceutical industry. His innovative approaches and take charge attitude will allow him to continue to deliver high quality results for PIVINA’s clients.
